Your refund window

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. This applies to change of mind as well as to problems with the Service.

How to request a refund

• Email us at salmaqs@gmail.com from the address used at checkout, telling us the plan and the order date.
• You can also manage or cancel your plan at any time from the billing portal in your parent portal.

Cancelling your plan

You can cancel at any time from your parent portal or through the billing portal. Cancelling stops future renewals; your child keeps access to lessons and materials until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Renewals

If a renewal charge was unexpected, contact us within 30 days of the charge and we will review it and refund where appropriate.

Processing time

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, funds typically appear within 5–10 business days.
